Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SendMeGifts.org collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when users access or use the platform.

SendMeGifts.org may operate as a brand, platform or product line of Prime Selection Procurement.

This Privacy Policy applies to users who visit the platform, submit product requests, sponsor requests, send direct products, receive products, create accounts, make payments, communicate with us or otherwise use our services.

Version 0.1 Effective date: [Insert date] Public privacy · Internal traceability

Sponsor privacy is public-facing privacy. SendMeGifts and its providers retain the operational records required for payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, support and compliance.

1

What SendMeGifts Does

SendMeGifts is a product sponsorship and fulfillment coordination platform.

The platform allows sponsors to support approved requests for physical products connected to real projects.

SendMeGifts does not provide unrestricted cash payouts to beneficiaries. Sponsor payments are linked to approved product requests and used to purchase, coordinate or facilitate fulfillment of physical products.

Because the platform involves product requests, payments, fulfillment, shipping, review, sponsor privacy and operational support, we need to process certain personal data to provide the service safely and reliably.

Sponsor Privacy

Sponsor privacy is a core part of SendMeGifts.

Sponsors may choose to remain publicly anonymous toward:

  • the requester
  • the beneficiary
  • other users
  • the general public.

A sponsor may appear publicly as:

SendMeGifts and its payment providers may maintain internal records needed for:

  • payment processing
  • fraud prevention
  • reconciliation
  • refunds
  • support
  • audit trail
  • legal compliance
  • provider compliance.

17

Children

SendMeGifts is not intended for use by children under the minimum age required by applicable law.

Users must not submit personal data of children unless they have the legal authority to do so and the use is compatible with platform policy.
